I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Seattle Pacific University, and completed my residency at University of Washington, School of Medicine. I have advanced training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, having completed two years of postdoctoral training at Seattle Children’s Hospital and The Seattle Clinic/Seattle Training in Adult, Adolescent, and Relationship (STAAR) DBT.
I also utilize a variety of evidence-based cognitive behavioral therapies; Behavioral Activation, Exposure and Response Prevention, Behavior Management Training for children, adolescents and young adults in supporting overall mental wellness.
In addition to my clinical work, I am passionate researcher and advocate working to increase access to evidence based interventions for underserved and rural communities.
